Mark is currently a Managing Director in the Debt Capital Markets group at Wells Fargo Securities. His clients include depository institutions in the U.S., Canada, and Latin America, as well as certain municipalities, higher education institutions, and public healthcare organizations. He has been with Wells Fargo (and predecessor Wachovia) for 13 years.
Mark was previously a tax attorney with over 15 years of U.S. federal and state tax advisory, transactional, and compliance experience. He spent 12 years at KPMG LLP advising domestic and international clients (primarily financial institutions) on structured finance and other funding and investment transactions. His experience also includes nearly two years as Vice President for Special Projects at UBS.
Mark holds a Bachelor of Science from the Pennsylvania State University, a Juris Doctor from New York Law School, and a Master of Laws from Temple University School of Law. He is a licensed attorney in New York State, holds Series 7, 79, and 63 securities licenses, and is a Municipal Finance Professional. He lives in Charlotte with his wife of 21 years and two children.
In addition to his role on the Lift It Rentals Advisory Board, Mr. Boltz serves as a member of the Company’s Audit Committee.
